Cepu organiser erin hennessy was out onsite at the new build bunnings at edwardstown after (at approximately 11.30 am) stumbling on an sa water shutdown that commenced at approximately 8.30am and still had atleast a couple of hours to go. When arriving onsite to ask the question of water and facility concerns, ut was found they had no drinking water and had no water facilities since 8.30am. A whs 'suspected contravention' right of entry was then issued after sometime a safework inspector also attended. There were a number of things that were brought to the builders attention, drinking water was provided once i advised they needed to provide it asap. The water truck was hooked up to the toilet facilities until the water was turned back on at approximately 2pm. There were also a number of other things brought up onsite with the builder including but not limited too, exclusion zones, edge protection, temp wiring issues.
